What's included in each plan?
Every account starts with free Global and City searches, no card needed. Pro ($29.99/month, or $23.99/month billed yearly) adds unlimited searches, meter-level City Search in 2,300+ indexed cities, every effort level and PDF reports. Business ($79.99/month) adds higher limits, priority support and the API. Enterprise adds unlimited API access, new models and custom city deployments. Pay-as-you-go credits start at $10.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We'll calculate the prorated difference based on your current plan and remaining time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. GeoAxis offers a 3-day refund policy from the purchase date. To initiate a refund, contact support at contact@geoaxis.ai with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.
What is HyperVision™?
HyperVision™ is our Visual Place Recognition (VPR) technology. We mine and index millions of images per city, building a geospatial database that matches any photo to a precise location - even at night, in low resolution, or with minimal context. It's a technology, not a plan. Enterprise customers can request custom city deployments.
Do you offer API access?
Yes. The REST API is self-serve on the Business plan (50 API calls a month), with no sales call needed, and unlimited on Enterprise. See geoaxis.ai/docs for endpoints and Python, JavaScript and cURL examples.
